1 | "The barrister told the Herald she had called 111 numerous times to request help when she claims her neighbour was "trying to bash down my driveway gate or embarking on her tirades". "It appears any disreputable, unruly and antisocial person can be randomly housed next door to upstanding, law-abiding citizens, [and] behave as badly as they like with absolutely no consequences and impunity." sweetgurl108 - 2021-11-07 17:03:00 |

5 | It'd be worth considerably more than $1.5ml if it's in Orakei. The Govt should sell any state houses in affluent areas and build apartment complexes in cheaper areas. It seems OT is powerless to evict these tenants, no matter how bad they get, so maybe build apartment blocks out in the middle of nowhere and they can all go live there and fight/argue/play loud music to their hearts content. rhys12 - 2021-11-08 10:15:00 |
6 | I pity for the lawyer lady, but she is in the best position to seek legal redress.. Many others would not embark of such a legal exercise, due to the sheer cost of bringing a case... a lawyer will have to give up some possible "fee paying work", but any costs to he will be a "cost / wholesale".. onl_148 - 2021-11-08 14:58:00 |
