Probably slang for saying a property has an agreement in place.

Agents should not be using that sort of language.

It is RE speak for "we have a live punter on the hook, we just need to reel them in carefully"!!

In mortgage adviser speak it's an application with a S&P Agreement attached. Non banks don't do pre-approvals at any level and increasingly banks don't at over 80%. A live deal pushes the application up the queue. You're welcome.
