Hi, I am still on the old copper network!! Fibre coming in Feb next year.
I am having a problem connecting a Smart TV to my wifi. It is asking for an Encryption key. I have no idea what this is. The modem has a Wireless key.and other numbers but no mention of encryption.
Where would I find this key?. The modem is a TG 582n. TIA..

it is the Wireless Key printed on the bottom, unless its been changed... Case Sensitive

Yes, it will be the wifi password which you usually use. It might well be the wireless key.
