Hi guys, I'm currently with Vodafone & have voicemail switched off.
What I'm wanting to do is be able to have a greeting played when people call but NOT have the facility for them to leave a message.
I'm happy to change supplier in order to facilitate this.
But MUST retain the phone number.
I do not need to be able to make outgoing calls on this number.
The volume of incoming calls is not high.
I'm thinking there may be a low cost online/voip type solution.
All suggestions much appreciated.

That is what the Vodafone "Temporary Greeting" option in voicemail does.
