1 | the 'chat room' with prime. i wanted to know how to adjust THE quality on my tv( panasonic TH-55FX640Z) . ON MY PHONE, I HAVE THE OPTION OF DATA SAVER, GOOD, BETTER OR BEST.. i wanted to know if they were all synced, does that apply to the tv and the computer? "may" said i would have to ask the manufactures of the tv.....i dont have the option of changing it on the computer either. only my phone. is this 'normal'??. so at the moment its on good, which uses 0.27 gb hour. so all i want to know is, does that mean the TV is uses that same quality?? katybaty - 2021-10-10 12:35:00 |
2 | You are getting prime video on your phone. Are you using your phone to 'send' the video to the tv or is the tv using an inbuilt app ? 8 | ok , sorry about that .It seems prime has no settings on any tvs to change it to a lower or higher value , (no one knows why , there app) however on windows 10/11 there is a prime app from windows store free and you can adjust it via the gear button top right (options) to lower or higher . I hope this helps . TV will run at the best quality it can with the broadband it has no user input .
