As it's 'wireless' the speed of the connection will vary depending on how many other people are using cell tower data in that area at the time you're online.

It will also depends on how good a data connection you can get with vodafone at your locality. You can test this with a cell phone on Voda easily.

Oh and with only 60GB data allowance you better not be watching too much videos or similar.

I looked at their website and couldn't see any reference for it being designed or promoted to seniors. There was no gold card discount. If I was marketing it to seniors, I'd modify the "Early termination charge applies" clause to waive that in case of death.

I think I am on this plan even tho gold was not mentioned. Speed is good, unlimited, free national calling on landline, 2 wifi phones and modem supplied,No cellphone
don't need this. Very happy with deal and fibre they installed. $ 73.- per month

Thank you for your reply nice_lady. We have a smart TV which we have Sky and is connected with wifi ,we do watch some "on demand" on TV ,on the laptop it is email, surfing the net , never do games or download movies . Would 60GB cover us do you think ? Vodadone say they will include Super WIFI what ever that is which they say is worth $450

Super wifi is just a flash router system for your house so you'll get good wifi coverage WITHIN the house so that if you go to the far end of your house you'll still get a wifi signal and be able to connect to the internet with your phone, laptop, whatever.

On demand TV and similar is high usage. Want sort of current deal are you on now, and can you look up your past usage ? Also best to check what happens if you exceed your monthly allowance.....

60 GB is bugger all. For a single Granny who reads their emails and does light browsing each day probably OK but not really suitable for people who stream at any level.

Thanks nice_lady and others for your advice above.......taking those comments on board ,I have decided to go with Contact on a power/broadband/landline bundle. Hopefully I have made the right move !
