Had to reset the computer was behaving badly.
Now can not get to make more folders in mail, did it before.
When you click on more there is no plus sign to click on.
Could I be using the wrong setting for the email? Pop3.xtra.co.nz and send.xtra.co.nz
Used this before resetting the computer .
Do I need to change the app I am using.
Windows 10 with spark as email provider.

And what exact 'reset' process did you do ? And what do you mean 'computer was behaving badly' ?

that version number looks more like the windows 10 Mail app, very different to Outlook...

and the plus sign should be in the right hand side folder list after clicking on 'more', to the right of 'All Mail'

Yes back to factory setting to get windows 10 to install was at one stage telling me I had no operating system....

Sorry but not really a computer person so that was my way of explaining the problem...
Mouse trouble sorted , was not sorted with buying a new mouse....
keyboard trouble sorted
browsing problem sorted
Now mail problem sorted.
