5 | Depends on the non-authentic cartridge. I have the same model and since 2020 I have used a cartridge company that supplies brand new ones for a fraction of the $26 Epson cost. Never had a problem with recognition, but your issue could be more serious. bryshaw - 2021-09-24 15:56:00 |

8 | Did you do a firmware update? if you did chances are aftermarket inks may not work now. They do that to stop the use of those cartridges. Next Epsom turn auto update off and manually update except firmware. peanuts37 - 2021-09-24 23:40:00 |
