Can anyone help in finding movie for me

#Post

It’s called Schindler’s list. Not on tube. I don’t know how to download, is anyway able to possibly send me link so I can watch. I am not tech savvy. Would love to watch this movie as never seen.

You can stream it from Aro Valley Video for $5.99
https://ondemand.arovideo.co.nz/film/schindlers-list/

I haven't tried their streaming service yet so can't vouch for how well it works.

Really was after someone who has a downloaded copy who could share link

no-one is going to share a direct link on a public forum to a movie for you to download. It is an excellent movie, watched recently, well worth the $6.

if you're too cheap for that you could try something like popcorn time or torrent it but the quality can be hit and miss...

why not? What about all the "free" movie sites. A lot of those would have that movie.

I got the idea he wanted a downloaded copy for himself, as against streaming it. Obviously copyright issues, and your not exactly anonymous on the trademe forums.
As for the "free" movie sites, there is nothing legitimate about them. and considering that Schindler's List is #8 on IMDB i'm pretty sure Universal Pictures will have an interest in keeping it off those sites.

Arguably one of the greatest war movies ever made. If you don't know how to illegally download the movie yourself, I don't know why you would expect people to tell you how to on a public forum. Just pay the $6 and watch it!

you could buy it.

Cool. And you could argue that Happy Gilmore was a sports movie and I could argue it was a comedy. Would either of us really be wrong?

Yeah, you'd be wrong. The holocaust was basically a sideshow during the much bigger, worser war.

I don't think that is available for NZ accounts unless you are using some kind of VPN trickery.

Because it is thieving. Admittedly, Spielberg is not short a penny but it is still stealing.

No I have never watched on a dodgy streaming site, prefer a slightly better user experience myself...
I would love to know how/where Google is telling you the 'other' sites are legal. Surely not because they are listed on Google...

If you have Kaspersky antivirus it will tell you if a site is safe to visit i.e no malware or viruses, google doesn't tell you whether a site is illegal or legal
sometimes google chrome will prevent you going to a site reported unsafe. Google will also have listed sites removed from results because of dmca notices.

lol you only have to read their DCMA page to see that's not legit.

It is not that hard. If you are not paying for it (either by a streaming service subscription or by a pay per view) then you are stealing the artist's intellectual property.

Perhaps an analogy:
1) You rip a copy of the latest Rihanna LP off a friend's legitimately purchased copy.
2) You like the music of the busker chappy that plays at the local mall. While he is not looking, you take one of the CDs he's selling from his guitar case.

Question — what's the difference?
