quick estimate to relevel

#Post

Chch house - no EQC claim or repair. Concrete ring foundation is all fine (no serious cracks or movement (with naked eye) but internal floor levels are not. Just want an estimate for 120sqm 1930's weatherboard bungalow. Exterior in excellent condition, so would prefer to touch from inside and lift floorboards if that's what you do? Are we talking 20k or 50k
Cheers

Ask someone that does that work, there are quite a few in Chch.

You do know that any estimates from here or anywhere else and based on your info as quoted will be worthless. You WILL need a visit from a trades person.

wouldn't that be council consent fees for starters?

FWIW - have had 6 done now and about to start on our own home...
Last time we did one, no council fees were required that I was aware of - may have changed now?
Ring foundation on 1930's home is more correctly a 'rubble' foundation and worthless as a repair. If you can plaster and paint it, fine. If it's badly cracked than needs to be cut out and replaced - Google it.
If internal flooring cavity can be reached easily (underfloor or through floor) then I would expect it more in the $20k mark with plenty left over. A 'jack and pack' repair with possibly some new bearers and/or piles, will usually suffice.
Just get it done correctly, lots of cheap quotes out there.
As a another guide, our 270sqm concrete slab floor, will require a 70mm underpin lift and relevel. Prices so far range from 40k to 100k...
