| 1 | Hi When I am trying to lock in into my IRD. it gives me the following message: Server not found Firefox can't find the server at services.ird.govt.nz. Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com That is the message I get instead of the log in page. Can you people log in or is it just me? Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com And I cannot enter my user name and normal password. It just comes up with above message. What am I doing wrong? Never happened before. Perhaps I can try to Restart or shut down computeer and turn it on again if no one else knows. I can go into all my other stuff, such as banks, etc, just not IRD. Works for me using Chrome. Just try a different browser to what ever isn't working for a start. Your computer will have Internet Explorer, or Microsoft Edge installed, or you can install Chrome, or Opera, or any browser that takes your fancy. | 27 | I phoned IRD and they know of the problem and are looking into it. As Im trying to apply for the Covid Resurgence payment I thought I would apply for the business number I need to complate my application once their computer issues are resolved.
