1 | Harcourts managing director's property that they bought 4 years go had a room advertised for $180 accidently. It was accidently listed as its a slum, it would come up ok if the place was clean but the standard of the place hasnt got clean freak tenants. Its not under residential tenancy as its a flatting situation. It was accidently listed and had a harcourts brand with the advertisement. ash4561 - 2021-09-10 02:47:00 |

6 | Hmm. Was it accidently or somebody trying to show some initiative to impress the boss? amasser - 2021-09-10 09:25:00 |

8 | spead wrote: No I do not believe it was accidentally listed. I think that is the standard acceptable to rent by the managing director which is fair enough just needs a clean if you can get better elsewhere take something else. I have the problem with why say it was accidentally listed when it wasn't just take it everyone on social media thought it was a slum. ash4561 - 2021-09-18 19:15:00 |
9 | Another problem I have is residential tenacy rules do not apply as it was room to rent. Was it advertised as room to get around this and was it legal to be advertised as a room. Are these the ethics expected from a managing director or a real estate agent. ash4561 - 2021-09-18 19:19:00 |
