I cant use my xtra account again, after the last hack a few days ago it seems to have been hacked again ,does anyone else have this problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What EXACTLY is the problem ? I have an xtra account that I just logged into perfectly. Perhaps a FULL and accurate description of what you're doing to get this error, and a full and accurate description of any error messages ?

Vocus had a issue on Friday for a few hours that affected Slingshot, Orcon, Flip and Stuff Fibre.

Hacked, do you even know what that means?
Most problems with email don't involve any hacking at all, and real hacking is rare, most scams and malware involves social engineering techniques.
More likely you have an -unexplained - error. And as you haven';t explained YOUR issue, we can't guess what sort of help you might need.

xtra wasn't hacked a few days ago. Vocus was, nothing at all to do with xtra. A completely different organisation.

Vocus wasn't hacked either, they were DDOS'd.

Actually one of their customers was being DDOS'd the outage was caused by them implementing a firewall rule to block the DDOS, and the rule broke stuff unintentionally.

A technicality, legally they are treated as the same thing. Unauthorised use of a computer or network. And to split hairs you can't conduct a ddos without a botnet to do it, and you acquire a botnet by hacking, although admittedly not the final targets systems, so yeah, na, yeah.

it seems that my xtra account did not work for a day or so then was back for a couple of days ,then off for another day it is back but now I cant log into my anz account .I think I need to lie down my 81 yr old brain cant take anymore!!!!

These things happen. Don't worry it's probably the Sun flares affecting some satellites or the undersea cable. It was potentially going to happen apparently.
