Hi there, how can I make the font size constant when I am typing an email. After about four lines it goes to small, size 12. when I go up to the sizing thingie and make it back to 14 , it won't stay. I have to highlight it it and change it to 14. bother

What email program are you using?

It will say the name of the program ON the program. Probably at the top left of the program screen.

And it's very relevant because no two programs are quite the same. It's kind of like cars. They all have similarities but when it comes to troubleshooting then the make and model are generally very relevant !

Type your message.

Holding the <Ctrl> key down, press "A" - this will select everything.

Then use the "sizing thingie" to get to the point size you desire

Send the message

(If you want a permanent solution you will need to find where your default settings are).

Exactly and without them stating which program, (client if you like), they're using then it's probably impossible to provide the correct instructions.

This might be of help:

You have a title bar for every program you open. With a menu....under ABOUT it tells you the name of it, and version.
Not hard....
