1 | There's a very old lady whose internet is not going. She has spent an hour on the phone to try to have it fixed. She needs to order medicine. trade4us2 - 2021-09-02 23:38:00 |

I gather that her phone and internet don't work because Vodafone have disconnected her because she allegedly paid late. She is an old lady living alone. trade4us2 - 2021-09-03 15:57:00 |
6 | They are not supposed to disconnect a person for paying late. They're supposed to send out several advisories and etc first and even then disconnecting someone - especially during lockdown - is probably last on their list of things to action. Hmmmm. If you know the lady get her some help from community advocate or similar organisations. nice_lady - 2021-09-03 16:03:00 |
7 | Well just in case she is actually up to date with payments I'd recommend turning the router/modem off at the wall and on again. This fixed a disconnection that happened to another vodafone customer I know yesterday. otako - 2021-09-03 16:08:00 |

That related to Vocus customers which is Slingshot, Orcon, Flip and Stuff Fibre. Hit me while I was in the middle of finishing a semi urgent job. I am working from home and couldn't access anything. Ended up having to go into the office to finish it. Thank goodness the bosses are working behind closed doors. I am not special enough to have a key or the secret squirrel alarm code. By the time I got home everything was back to normal. Well as close to normal at the moment. joanie04 - 2021-09-03 22:13:00 |
