Property inspections
In-person inspections of rental properties should not take place.

BUT ...
Property viewings
* Open homes and auctions cannot take place in person, but they can happen remotely. In-person viewings can happen as long as physical distancing and public health measures are followed.
* If the property being viewed is tenanted, landlords will need approval from the tenants and viewings should only occur when the tenants are not at the property.
* During in-person viewings, physical distance should be maintained and hygiene measures followed. In-person viewings should be limited to two per day per property.
* No one from a region at Alert Level 4 can attend viewings.

True, important distinction. Although does make you wonder why a LL or PM can conduct a viewing but not an inspection.

At least Aucklanders are kept out.

Not really. To me the level of importance greatly differs, especially as there will be prospective tenant who want/need to view/move, not just about what the LL or PM wants; so no 'wondering' at all here :D
