You're using xtra mail but how are you accessing it ?

Do you go to their mail webpage ?
Or do you use Microsoft Outlook on the computer or some other program which collects your mail ?

I have an old xtra account that I check now and again. Blocked addy,s still come through so blocking does not work.

My thought is that this adds the 'From:' or 'display name' to the blacklist, however it's easy to fake the display name and I think that's your problem.

Try finding the 'View source' feature where you can display all of the information about an email, find the 'Return Path' email address and add that manually to your blacklist.
