Sudden Death to be Disclosed

#Post

Now sudden deaths need to be disclosed to prospective buyers. In this case I suspect the agent will be going the extra mile and telling buyers that the deceased had a second dose of the Pfizer vaccine before she died. The things that need to be disclosed!

It isn't so much that is was sudden, but a possible homicide.
Quality reporting from "Remoira".

Of course, its an unexplained death, so any agent would be wise not to speculate on crackpot conspiracy theories.

The living humans are the only ones you have to worry about.
Who died would be completely irrelevant to me...

Or it could've been natural causes. More than 30,000 people die in NZ each year.

Why care? Houses don't die sudden deaths.

alledgedly found..."Several sources close to the investigation into Hanna's mysterious death said that traces of the illegal drug were discovered during a police search"

No evidence as to whether the "traces" were found as a result of wall samples, or just some crystals in a bag.

Some people might care, especially as to the cause of death. You should not impose your subjective beliefs on others.

It could be a false positive, or it could predate the current owner(s). Disclosure may be unwarranted.

Really? What do they do in the Philippines when someone dies, put all their stuff in a museum? Bonfire?

You don't have to go to the Philippines.

Maori tikanga would say a house where someone has died as being tapu until there has been a blessing.

Perhaps the Filipina had similar beliefs.

PC gone mad. Who cares about the dead.

There was a case on Judge Judy years ago. A man had died from a gunshot wound inside the house and the stain was still on the flooring, which had been covered by a mat when the buyer inspected the property. The buyer tried to get her deposit back when she found out but lost the case. Judge Judy said she should have lifted all rugs during the inspection. I still think this is ridiculous.
Yes, if I found out there had been a recent death inside a house, I'd be a little put off.

Your subjective beliefs do not matter. Some care, some don't but you don't get to decide for anyone other than yourself.

It's got nothing to do with being PC or not.
