| 22 | There was a case on Judge Judy years ago. A man had died from a gunshot wound inside the house and the stain was still on the flooring, which had been covered by a mat when the buyer inspected the property. The buyer tried to get her deposit back when she found out but lost the case. Judge Judy said she should have lifted all rugs during the inspection. I still think this is ridiculous.
