Windows 10 install help please

| 4 | turn it on and it should just resume where it left off, keep an eye on it for error message. it looks like an older laptop so probably mechanical hdd which may be having issues. | 8 | Sometimes there can be other factors. I had a laptop that failed to upgrade because it had a faulty keyboard. Tried it several times with no success.
