How can I transfer all programs, data etc from my old computer to my new one please. Have tried "Easeus Todo pctrans" with no success. Thank you.

I have not heard of any of those programs working particularly successfully/completely. But generally speaking the manual process will be...
copy over your data files from the user profile folder,
sync the browser on both machines,
install programs/apps you use,
setup whatever email programs and printers

Copy, paste is the easiest method.
Or use a program like Syncback free to back up your personal stuff.
