everything Vodafone is wrong... I would just move on, or at least don't bother renewing the contract, it is not needed - they just like to lock you in

A quick and rough translation indicates it's a summary of why the OP requires Viagra, and apparently, a jar of rusty nails, but that might be subject to loose interpretation

Skinny Unlimited Fibre $73pm with 2 months free so works out to around $60pm. It's a 12 month contract with free modem. I've not had any probs.

Vodafone customer service is simply a room in India with a group of clueless numbskulls trained in one task each transferring calls between each other. Goes in circles sometimes. TOBi is the star performer.

Jason Paris has spent millions just getting it to that stage. I'm being kind I think.

Well it sort of is but then again it's used in scientific circles and religious ones. Not in everyday use of course. As for who posted it - WHY ? Just trying to be weird ? or ? I'm not going to mess around translating such. Waste of time really.

Well I wasn't dazzled, nor was I confused.

I doubt anyone with a single brain cell would be but some people think it makes them superior using big or foreign words.!

I have had to deal with Vodafone in the past. Never again. They are the biggest rip off merchants there ever was, and the customer service is second to none terrible.

According to JP the Voda customer service is on par with other providers and will soon be second to none.

yeah I left voafone after 16 years...the last year was horrible service, the net kept disconnecting etc and it took them 8 months to fix it.Even the customer support manager (in philipines or whatever) was yelling at me when I called them to escalate my issue.

We ditched them after 5 yrs of bad net and constant drop outs caused by their modems which they kept blaming on wifi issues. we would logged into the modem watching DSL drop out.

Every page is slow loading. I'm waiting for the new wireless modem.
I have had no problems on the phone, but had a nasty man who looked down his nose at me the whole time when I went into the shop.

I’ve had terrible experiences with their ‘customer service’ - twice had to get the Telecommunications Dispute Resolution Service involved before they sorted things out - but connection is good and they are cheaper than anyone else for us (although I suspect they may be undercharging as part of the issue I had last time I needed to speak to customer service, they tried to move me to a new, more expensive plan)

So call out that behaviour - loudly - in the shop while other customers are there !

DSL dropout has nothing to do with the ISP. Chorus operate the copper network. And fault is most likely in your house wiring so even hard to blame Chorus on most occasions.

Likelihood of being a modem problem would be near to zero. You can obviously prove this by buying your own modem and testing which would make no difference.

90% of DSL problems are in house wiring with the other variable being length of cable run from cabinet and quality of copper. ISP has no ability to control any of this.

Eaglefan's Lorem Ipsum is all about trouble and pain - fairly appropriate for the new TM.

And I had the most wonderful service in my shop in Rotorua.Never ring them, just lucky to be able to go in person and see very helpful competent staff.

Each time I call Vodafone it is India that answers. The first guy I spoke to hardly could talk through all his coughing. It sounded like he had Covid. He ended up hanging up on me accidentally. Each person I spoke to I got a different story re the upgrade of My vodafone box. I didn't want Sky and the 1st woman I spoke too said that was ok I could still get all the other free channels etc. She even offered me a deal that was $25 less than my last bill !! I was happy,or so I thought. I then recalled back and said if I could put forward my order 2 weeks while I watch what I recorded. Of course I got a different person who said that the order was complete and the best thing for me to do was decline the box when it gets delivered at my door !!! Unbelievable... Anyway after waiting weeks and no box I called again. Well what a surprise another person told me the reason the order had not gone through was because it was not a TRUE plan she told me. You MUST have sky and pay another $25 extra per month.. I was not happy being told one thing by one person and one by another. It is a real Mickey Mouse outfit..

I must be the only person who is happy with Vodafone's service. I haven't had to get in touch with them in the 3 years we have lived here, ended up with Vodafone by default as they took over the company I was with who previously took over Paradise.net, which I had been with for years. I have just paid the Vodafone bill. It was $82.98 for unlimited internet (fibre) with a VOIP phone. Don't know how that compares with other companies. Never have any dropouts or caching even when playing 5K youtube videos on the big TV. Maybe I have just been lucky.
