Vito fit watch

My Vito fit 1 has died. I now have a 4. Sadly, it will not sync with the Garmin app. I have had exchanges with the Vito fit people who seem unable to provide advice. I have reset the app to vitofit 4 but it keeps reverting to the 1.

So take it back to the retailer - get a refund under the CGA and go for something different.

I do have query tho. If you have indeed installed vivofit 4 APP how does it
'revert' to 1 ?

Ah do you mean the app reverts as if it's trying to connect to a vivofit 1 ?
Go into system/apps on your phone, (I'm assuming it's' an android ?), and clear all DATA on the app. You'll have to log in again after that when you activate the app.
