Has anyone found a workable app or web site that will transcribe the spoken words on an existing recording (MP3, AMR, etc) in to text?

Preferably a free one!

Googles got a program which works on android. Probably the best transcription service is a human being tho.

Nothing of use is free. Realistically, Dragon Dictate is very much worth the cost.

I've never had a need, but it looks like google AI will do it for free as a one off
