The breeders need to be held back. Supremely irresponsible to add to the problems.

Why would you not do regular inspections?

Article reports some comments by the adjudicator, re the landlords' behaviour, which go a bit far. Hardly surprising that they were upset.

Reading the actual judgement the landlords probably shouldn't be landlords anyway.

i digress, this "animal rescue" stuff needs to stop, there are no homes for them in a flooded pet market and the euthanasia doctor needs to visit the pound, it isnt reality anymore.

It depends what breed whether they get rehomed quickly or not. Most rescues have a waiting list for small breeds and they get rehomed straight away. I have rehomed three dogs over the years and they were great all living to ripe old ages until cancer hit. Rescue places do a wonderful job and find dogs to suit the people enquiring. People who foster are amazing and pass on all what they have learned about the dogs while in their care, treating them like their own and teaching them basic obedience, socialising them etc.

really wish they would change the name to land owner .. They are not LORDS using the word lord in itself makes it sound as they put them selfs above tenants as if they are any better then a non land owner. Just cause someone owns this that or the other doesnt make them above anyone. It gets up my nose lol

An agent, eg property manager, is also legally a landlord.

You can call them unicorns if you want, they are still legally landlords.
