What ply would you say this is

| 1 | I have some vera moda togari wool. There is a pattern to knit a scarf with it, but i was wondering if I could knit a jumper or cardigan with it. Trouble is I don't know what ply I would call it (andit doesn't say). I can't figure out how to add photos to this though. Anyway it is kind of a netlike thread with bobbles on the bottom of it.
