Should I download Windows 10 version 21h1 not to savey with computers so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes download Windows 10 version 21H1 if it is available as an update for your computer. Don't be afraid of bugs with the latest update as every Windows 10 version has had issues, they won't necessarily apply to your computer.

except for the intended issues of a silly "weather on the taskbar", and a massive pop out if you are unfortunate enough to hover the mouse over it or click it, of stuff you never wanted, or asked for.
And just to pre-empt "its easy to remove" replies, yes I know. But I will be asked to do it by dozens of people, in the coming months. It doesn't matter how easy an inane task is, its still inane.
