I'm using outlook.com and I'd right-click on any of the emails and choose Security options --> Block

Check your sent items and outbox to see if there's anything weird.

Thats what i get if i muck up typing an address & it just comes back saying 'that'. 'daemon' is just a word not a person from what i know.. I only use my internet providers email system whatever that is but was the same when i used the old outlook express emails.
So it should be related to something you sent wrong. Haven't go a button stuck down--no that makes no sense.
Ok i just googled it & plenty of info on it but sounds virus related in the bit i read.
Just google the question although fixing it might be another story. Contact your email provider for a fix.

A daemon is an automated programme which runs in the backround. It starts automatically when the sustem boots.

However you seem to be getting a bounce message:

I think the first thing I would do is change your email password. It could be that your email account has been hijacked and is sending out spam...

Read it. mailerdaemon is a bounce back.
Why, well it will tell you...other persons mailbox full, or address is wrong somehow and it can't deliver them...all sorts of reasons.

Someone is probably using your address to send spam.
Best check your sent items, if there are lots of emails you haven't sent you've been hacked, in which case you should change your email password immediately.

otherwise they are just faking their senders address with your email, and the recipients email is rejecting them, and they are going back to you.

You must have something in your outbox. Check the email from the daemon and look for an address you are trying to send it to, and then look for that address in your outbox and/or sent items.

Or they are originating from another PC but contain your address as the sender. Spammers often do this as a means of hiding their own identity and the emails contain a link to take the recipient to whatever site they are promoting. The many emails that you are receiving are bounces from dud adresses and as your address is given as the sender, you are receiving the bounce advices.

Try searching your email address with Google and see if anything come up.

Appreciated but more info about any resolution you got to would also be appreciated - perhaps by the next person with a similar problem ?

Set up a filter to specifically bin them.

Deamon is your mailbox postmaster.. Usually comes up if a failed email address is used. If you have unsent mail that is in a loop waiting to send, find the email that is causing it and delete it

....or somthing similar. there are others one being MargaretDbender2020@gmail. there are several more like this with different womans names. Please can anyone help me. I am not computer savy. Thanks

Firstly - do NOT EVER clik into these emails and click the 'unsubscribe' link which most of them contain. This will NOT unsubscribe you, (you never subscribed anyway right ?). What it does do is advise the sender that you are indeed a genuine address and it will simply result in you getting far more junk mail.

Who is your mail provider ?
By this I mean is it for example gmail, xtra, yahoo, vodafone ......etc etc.
DON'T post your email address here its unnecessary and not a good idea.
