I've got these Sony WH-1000X M3 which use bluetooth or cabled, all my laptops mobiles and desktops have inbuilt bluetooth so no dongles are required. The rechargeable battery lasts well, charges fully overnight.

I can't fault the quality and I can readily notice audio defects in the source material.

Some won't connect to your PC. Hubby's Jabra Active Elite 75t wireless earbuds are excellent but they don't officially support
Bluetooth connection to a Windows PC. And in fact he can't get them to connect to his laptop. That's fine he didn't buy them for that reason, but the lesson is: do your research, (Google etc).

It's quite possible that watching from a computer perhaps using say VLC player you could change the sync settings so that won't be an issue. Those Sony headphones are NOT cheap.

And you shouldn't need any dongle your computer will more than likely have Bluetooth functionally. However it may NOT be AptX capable. In which case as I've said VLC player, ( or perhaps some other app/program), might be a zero cost way to get around latency/sync issues.
