Yep. They can be done every 4 weeks although this was probably just the initial check

Thanks for your reply, daughter just moved into a new place and was only ever used to 3 monthly ones , I guess its just to see how things are going :)

Some property managers like to do that - a good way to check the tenant has settled in, and that everything is going well for both parties. Better than letting issues fester for three months.
