| 34 | People like myself are really struggling to understand what you are looking at. If you take a picture of the Outlook program you are using then will be much easier for us to help, as we could see what the mystery icon is. I suspect it is Outlook grouping your sorted emails but not clear. You have done a lot of trades, so you must be familiar with uploading pictures to TradeMe. While you could take a photo of your screen, Windows has a useful little tool built in to take screenshots of what you are seeing. Just start typing 'snip' into the Windows search bar on the bottom right of the task bar along the bottom of the screen.
