No sound on utube clips

Restart browser, or pc? For me, i lose all sound quite often, and find i have an hdmi issue, which i fix by restarting tv/monitor, and then sound is back again, thru tv and attached amp(generally dying integrated mother board maybe, has a failure to start issue, and restarting on shutdown issues too).Weirdly if i turn tv on after pc has booted, sound is always fine.
