lines keep jumping through Windows10 Screen
they start and stop,
you can still work etc, but not good on the eyes,
Restarting didn't fix it, as lock screen still doing it sigh, I have just shut it down now,
I did a print screen, but lines won't show on them?,
top quarter of screen good, there is a harder thick line there and under that fine small lines appear across screen shaking,
please give the bad news?, is it on it's way out?, sigh!
it is only about 2-3 years old?, It is a HP Pavilion all in one,
I am now working back on my windows7, it is over 10 years old and good,

looks like I may need to go Computer shopping?, I actually got it to replace this one, as a few years ago causing problems freezing, slow etc,
but I ruled it out to a program, so uninstalled it and it has been good since,

sounds like a bad memory stick or graphics chip, you could try updating the graphics driver but that sort of fault is usually hardware

Restart the PC and immediately press the F10 key to go into Setup - do the lines appear there? - or you could try F2 if it still has the HP Diagnostic utility installed. You need to be quick, otherwise, hold down the ESC key while turning on and select F2 or F10 from the startup menu. If there is no issue in either of those modes it's more likely a Windows or Driver issue but if it's doing the same thing definitely hardware and you'd need a tech to take a look.
