We own a house but have bought some land and have plans to build. Our builder is thorough and the build will be 8 months to completion. We can easily service our mortgage on our current property and will be able to easily service our new house but we need our house to live in while we build. We have family funds we can access if we are paying both mortgages. Which banks would be receptive?
