Last year we completed a form for our Property Manager for the new Healthy Homes legislation. We completed the form ourselves as the property Manager wanted $200 to do it for us. Now they say there is a new form to complete and again are wanting $200 to do it for us. Do we have to complete the new form? When does it have to be done by?
