Hi all, help required!
Galaxy S7 had been running App required for work up till a week ago.
App showed error message, uninstalled now unable to reinstall.
Have tried clearing caches, updating etc.
Any other ideas or phone just to prehistoric to support updated App?

Dunno, can't answer that, as we don't know what app it is nor what version of android you're running on your phone.

Network error will show if you're not connected. Can you do other internet related stuff on the phone at the time when you get this error?

The internet had 2 suggestions, I can't say if either will fix your problem.

Install the Samsung internet browser (this probably makes it the default browser) because Chrome won't display the Captcha popup.

If you want to uninstall it and reinstall it, create a new gmail account and set your phone to use that account to download from the play store.

Phone still active on network and have tried both those gyro.

Are you trying to get that app from the Google play store?

Can you get any other random app from the play store?

What do you mean phone still active on the network? The ability to make and receive phone calls
/Texts doesn't mean you're connected to the internet. Can you surf the net on that phone at the same time as it says network error?
