| No that'll be a slow fault and insurance don't generally cover slow damage to things. *Maybe* you might get some action if you quote the CGA to the retailer - ' not of acceptable quality' perhaps. nice_lady - 2021-04-27 17:20:00 |
| That's just how they age, not really a fault. vtecintegra - 2021-04-27 17:38:00 |
| Not acceptable quality' specially when they have had problems with screen issues in the past, think by now they would have fixed the problems. kiwicreed - 2021-04-27 18:05:00 |
| Sorry it was a replacement from insurance from stolen laptop, Am I covered by the CGA act? kiwicreed - 2021-04-27 18:06:00 |

Thats a question which I'm not sure how to answer. I *think* you're covered by the CGA as it's a new item, and would be expected to have the same quality as any other new item of that type/make/model. Did you go an buy it with an insurance payout or was it supplied to you ? Edited by nice_lady at 7:51 pm, Tue 27 Apr nice_lady - 2021-04-27 19:50:00 |
