I have a Macbook I got in June 2018, from Noel Leemings, insurance Am I covered? As no apple repair programme for Permanent keyboard marks on display

No that'll be a slow fault and insurance don't generally cover slow damage to things. *Maybe* you might get some action if you quote the CGA to the retailer - ' not of acceptable quality' perhaps.

That's just how they age, not really a fault.

Not acceptable quality' specially when they have had problems with screen issues in the past, think by now they would have fixed the problems.

Sorry it was a replacement from insurance from stolen laptop, Am I covered by the CGA act?

Thats a question which I'm not sure how to answer. I *think* you're covered by the CGA as it's a new item, and would be expected to have the same quality as any other new item of that type/make/model. Did you go an buy it with an insurance payout or was it supplied to you ?
