PM fees?

1	Hi, I have a HNZ 2br unit that has a lease coming due. HNZ want 10% as PM fee under the proposed new lease. Can anyone recommend a decent PM co if I decide not to release to HNZ? The unit is in good nick, so the 5k maintenance the HNZ are prepared to take on under the new lease isn't a sweetener for me. The other option would be to sell I guess, but not sure where to put the dosh if I do that (given the current market) Thanks in advance myst2 - 2021-04-23 16:12:00

3	Private sector PM fees are around 10% of the rent as well. Most landlords won't go anywhere near HNZ. They promise the earth to do all repairs then don't. And their tenants are usually ones no one else will touch with a twenty foot pole! Perhaps get some local private sector PMs to have a look and give you a rental estimate.
