help with locked screen plz

| 1 | I am not very techsavy at all. I will explain the best i can, my daughter has an iphone 7 and shows me her screen with a couple of apps and other things on it, and that she tells me she can't scroll up down left or right. One of the app is snapchat which she can use freely, she has shown me it does work. Could she of locked this particular screen. I know she is wanted to be like her friends and have a later model and wondering if she is being a bit cunning telling me her phone is playing up when she has just locked a screen.
