1 | Hi all, I'm thinking of changing my mac pro to linux. This is my first mac, been a long time windows user. If I want to go back to mac os is it easy as I didnt get any software to reinstall mac on this notebook. Linux is the easy part as I am a long time user. hope this makes sense lol.thanks ! sirrab - 2021-04-12 11:28:00 |

4 | Funniest thing I ever saw was a MacBook Pro running Windows Vista. (Not even dual boot.) enserf - 2021-04-12 12:18:00 |
5 | You can try Linux without actually installing it you know. Boot off DVD or flash drive, it's actually usable like that. lythande1 - 2021-04-12 14:14:00 |
6 | You might even be able to boot off a cardreader if your bios lets you and you have a card reader in your laptop. I would recommend Lubuntu for ease of use and simple interface, and low system resource use. But of course there are hundreds, or maybe thousands of options. tygertung - 2021-04-12 16:04:00 |
