Why does TV on demand lag/buffer?

| 8 | You are not alone. My error message says app not optimised for your browser which ignores the fact that every other streaming service app has no problem with it... TVNZ needs to get with the programme. Edited to add, my device is a late model panasonic smart tv connected to the close by newish modem by ethernet, service is fibre unlimited, so it isn't that...
