hello, I am constantly becoming annoyed with hotmail and gmail sites listing my emails underneath one header and removing attachements so I can't search for lost emails easily. I like it to show sequentially in my mailbox. I guess I'm old fashioned but I'm losing track of attachments.

Please let me know if there is a setting I can change. Thank you

What? I use gmail, it doesn't remove attachments.
As for "one header", it gives you the option of categorising them, marking them, all sorts, google the help...plenty of it available from google who run gmail.
