Polar fleece question

| 1 | I am wanting to make a polar fleece dressing gown. The dressing gown I have been using for the past few years, which I bought, is still lovely and soft after many years. I want to make sure that the polar fleece I buy is going to stay soft and not go into balls, so I'm not sure which polar fleece I should be looking to buy. When I look online there seem to be all sorts of grades and descriptions. I will probably buy from Lincraft, or maybe Spotlight. | 14 | I used to have long flanellete nighties...but I'd be getting out of bed several times a night to untwist them!! Now I sleep with only tops and have extra warmth from my fleece dressing gown which I spread over the lower half of my bed. | 15 | I wear homemade full length voluminous nighties. slinky knit fabric from Ikes, simplest design I could dream up. Cool in summer, warm in winter and tangle free. Mind you, I have trained myself not to shift around much in my sleep because the pain in doing so wakes me up, so the bed and nighties stay tidily arranged.
