Beginner knitter here - pattern needed please!

1 | I have bought 3 x 100g balls of 8 ply wool and thought I would knit a jumper for a 4 year old. He is 2 years old at the moment but I figure it will be finished in time for NEXT winter. I am looking for a simple, basic (Free to download) pattern and find that Revelry and Hobbii are proving a bit beyond me. My community knitting classes start this week so I am in a bit of a panic. Charity shops don't have anything suitable - mostly adult or baby patterns. Any suggestions please? Thanks pauline999 - 2021-03-12 18:44:00 |

5 | I agree with jbsouthland, add extra length to the jersey so your kiddie can squeeze in that extra time wearing it. They often shoot upwards quickly :D :D :D Enjoy your knitting, the great thing about it is mistakes are easily fixed and it's so satisfying seeing the end result. kiwimade64 - 2021-03-13 06:57:00 |
