VodafoneTV box

We have just got a new VodafoneTV box because our old one was apparently due to become obsolete. The serviceman was in a huge hurry to depart and said "If you have questions call Vodafone".
Nothing seems obvious and we keep getting told we have to "subscribe" to channels that were previously free. Can anyone help or explain how they have worked it out? I just dont have the time today to sit on the phone for an hour waiting for it to be answered.

Have you logged in to your accounts so it knows what channels you are subscribed to?

I'm thinking your previous Vodafone Legacy box had a monthly charge that included subscriptions to Sky Basic etc. Contact Vodafone or whoever you had the subscription with, probably you just need to enter your subscription email address and password. We have a Netflix subscription and that's what we needed to do.

In the options you can hide the unsubscribed channels. The options also allow you to pair the remote with your TV, so that the power button works both devices and the volume control works correctly.

Gyro - must figure out that volume control, it's annoying to keep switching between the two.
