Don't know if anyone can advise but having problem with my phone, lost WiFi temporarily couple days ago, due to weather conditions. When it came back laptop connected immediately and normally phone would also, but can't get it to. Did for few seconds couple of times but drops out. Tried everything.
Ph is Motorola g(6) play (XT1922-1) Long shot someone may have clue to problem

What do you mean you lost wifi due to weather conditions?

What EXACTLY are you trying to connect to with the phone? The wifi in your house which is broadcast by your modem/router?

nice_lady - Yes the house lost its WiFi connection, periodically happens where we are normally due to weather conditions. Once up & running again everything connected other than my phone. But now have done major reset & got sorted

Do you mean the house lost it's WIRELESS internet connection? Because that's not "WIFI" and you are thus confusing the issue.

Wifi, not using wires at all, is not subject to weather.
