1 | Hi I am having issues with my HP printer Model C410a. HP have stopped supporting Adobe flash player and I cannot scan. It is a minefield trying to resolve and as I am not a techie wonder if there is anyone out there who may have a solution? soeasy - 2021-03-04 17:38:00 |
2 | How about you post some more exact info about what happens when you try to scan and any error messages you get. nice_lady - 2021-03-04 17:45:00 |
3 | if you have windows you could probably use the windows built in scan function this might also help if you want to use the HP scan Edited by king1 at 5:57 pm, Thu 4 Mar king1 - 2021-03-04 17:55:00 |
4 | That unit should have some ports on the front left, including memory cards and the standard USB-A port. You may find it easier to scan direct to USB flash-drive and then just transfer the drive to your PC and copy to your preferred folder. I do this with my HP (I do a lot of scanning) and I find it quicker and better results than using the scan software. cookee_nz - 2021-03-07 17:53:00 |
