I recently bought a Anisee IP security camera for home, Works fine with my android phone and has an web address so you can also view the footage on a PC or Laptop, Downloaded it but said it had broken links, so uninstalled it and d/loaded it again and same thing, Tried a few other IP camera viewers I found on Uncle google but wont even recognise the camera. Any ideas from here on in????

So you can view the cam on android phone ?
Copy the addy, paste it to something on the computer.......say the addy bar in Chrome or whatever. It should work.

If it doesn't - what EXACTLY are you doing in order to view it on the computer ?

It came with an app to download from the app store for use on a phone but also has a web address to download a program to install a viewer on Windows or Apple, That is the program that will not work, I tied a few other IP Viewers but will not recognise the make of camera.

So. A web address isn't any kind of app - it's a web page. Why can't you paste that address into a browser and view the cam ? Can you be a bit more clear?

I bought the Anisee IP Camera from Best Deals dot co etc, I was told that it may not be getting a clear WiFi signal so to buy a WiFi extender, Did this and still no good, Turns out the camera is stuffed, Beast deals will refund me and they must like their products so much they told me not to send it back to them.
