Knitting help please

Can anyone help with the below instructions for shaping the heel on a baby sock. A translation to english.
form the heel as follows:Leave the 24 (28/32/36) sts on the left and knit on the 8 sts on the right, leaving behind around the middle of the work, every 2 rows: 5 X 1m => 3m.
Then repeat every 2 rows: 5 X 1m => 8m.
Take the last 8 stitches on the left, and do the same work.

Sorry can't help you hope someone with more experience can help.
Have you tried looking on YouTube or checking another pattern perhaps a free on on Ravelry to see how the shaping is done.
I know the first sock I knitted it took me a while to get my head around the instructions but yours look like something has been lost in the translation

If you can knit socks with a heel, you should be able to work it out from a similar pattern, most booties are done backwards but still the 'turned heel' method. There is also videos online. The only difference is whether you are turning the heel from the leg end or the toe end. Lots of online patterns you can compare.
