for some reason when im trying to connect to fitbit app on my laptop it keeps say theres no internet connetion but im not having trouble connecting to the net on my laptop or iphone.
anyone else having to same problem or know what i can do to fix it

the fitibit device will communicate with the laptop thru bluetooth. This is NOT anything to do with the internet. What EXACTLY are you trying to do ?

You have the fitbit app installed on the laptop ?

Well i tested the fitbit app on this laptop with the internet disconnected and there was no issue.

I repeat - what EXACTLY are you trying to do ?

You sure it hasn't just run out of battery power?

How long have you owned it? My Fitbit Charge 3 screen went so dull it was impossible to read after just less than two years. It out was out of warranty but under the CGA the retailer gave me a full refund. I bought the Charge 4 with the refund for less than the refunded amount lol.
