I don't know what has happened or how but I can't write my mail address
eg Blahblah " gmail.com as you can se when I try to insert the at gmail it does " that instead of the at when I hold shift on number 2 where it is
I have a HP laptop which is only few weeks old , It is something I may have done but unsure what or how to fix, Have Googled but can't find solution Only odd thing is when I use last key in A to L row next to the enter key I get the @ with shift key, Hope you can understand all this and hopefully help me solve it

To fix it, look for the keyboard symbol just along from the clock, bottom right corner

Good Info.. same thing happens to me.. Look for the Language symbol. e.g. ENG on the bottom right corner. Left click and choose the US keyboard option.

It will switch back though when you turn your laptop off, so you need to get into your settings/ time and language/ Keyboard icon/Overide for default input method - choose English US.

Did this for mine yesterday- its all good now.
